Trekker Breeze - HumanWare unveiled at CSUN their new
talking GPS the Trekker Breeze. The product is designed for
people to use when travelling in familiar surroundings, and will
appeal to people not comfortable with computers and screen
readers. The Breeze also provides talking GPS directions that
help users know where they are and where they are going
whether on foot or in a vehicle.

K-NFB Reader Mobile – Although this product was officially
released before CSUN the new K-NFB Reader Mobile device is
proving to be hugely successful and in demand. It is truly the
most portable scanning device available today and is ideal for
student and business people who are out and about!

BrailleNote Dictionary/Thesaurus - The Concise Oxford
Dictionary for BrailleNote is receiving some excellent press – this
add-on tool gives the meaning of a word, speaks it aloud with
correct pronunciation, and much more. It includes the word's full
definition of entries with additional advanced search features and
provides convenient lookup of synonyms and antonyms.

Mountbatten Learning System – The new MB Learning
System, has been designed for children who need Braille. It is a
fun an inclusive introduction to Braille Literacy and provides a

BrailleSense Plus - GW Micro officially announced it would be
selling a new notetaker, the Braille Sense Plus. The Braille Sense
Plus adds an SD slot to its already numerous features. The LCD
has been improved for larger font size, making it easier for
teachers and other sighted people to see what is on the display
and it boasts an impressive 8 GB of built-in memory (the largest
in any notetaker) and 128 MB of RAM for quick response time.  

SenseView Duo - GW Micro also announced the release of the
SenseView Duo which will begin shipping in May. The SenseView
Duo enhances the current platform of the extremely popular
Portable SenseView. The Duo also boasts a camera for distance
viewing for objects more than 7.5 feet away.
